Adam Brzezinski was born in Warsaw Poland. He started his adventure with strength sports in 2004 in the legendary Herkules gym under the supervision of the Polish champion Andrzej Urbański. He continued his passion until his 2006 emigration to the United States, never making his debut on the Polish scene. He made his debut in 2013 when he started in the Brooklyn Grand Prix competition which is one of the largest amateur federation in America - NPC. He took the sixth place in the novice category. As it turned out, it was just the beginning of a long journey. With the passage of time, hard training and great dedication, Adam began to achieve more and more successes. Under the supervision of Marek Olejniczak and Norbert “ Fenix” Tymczak - two of the best coaches in Poland he has finally won his first championship in 2017  The following years brought him many first places and championships in the categories of heavy bodybuilding and classic figure. In November 2020 he performed for the first time at the national competition of North America, winning fourth place in the classic silhouette. After many years of experience, cooperation with the best and many performances, Adam helps many people to achieve their dream figures, improve health and sports results. He collaborates with people online and trains in person at the Coliseum Gym in New York.
